Low Carbon Steel Wires
- Features
-
Steel wires are cold drawn mild steel wires whose cross-section is round-shaped. In order to enhance adhesion to concrete, some products have 2 or more ribs or intent patterns on the surface (deformed bars).
- Usage
-
Low-carbon steel wires are used as reinforcing wires for piles and hume concrete pipes as well as materials for secondary products such as wire mesh, small wire, nail, etc.
- Features
-
◎ Using raw materials of a certified steelmaking company (mild steel wire material KS D 3554)
◎ Managing carbon equivalent (Ceg < 0.2) and surface cleanness in order to enhance the welding performance (by means of element analyzers and descaling M/C)
◎ Designing various unit weights and inside diameters of coils; Keeping the tolerance under 1/100
◎ Securing a number of facilities for on-time delivery.
